Barcelona Court of Appeal recognises well-known status of DINOSAURUS mark and declares use of GALLESAUROS infringing

The Barcelona Court of Appeal has held that the commercialisation of dinosaur-shaped biscuits under the sign GALLESAUROS constituted infringement of the well-known DINOSAURUS mark.
