Amendments to the Common Regulation under the Madrid Agreement

On October 11 2016 the Assembly of the Special Union for the International Registration of Marks adopted several amendments to the Common Regulation under the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks and the Protocol to that Agreement. In response, the World Intellectual Property Organisation issued Information Notice 11/2017 on June 12 2017.
