After design cancellations, Jaguar Land Rover switches strategy in fight against alleged copycat
British company Jaguar Land Rover has revealed it is suing Chinese automaker Jiangling Motors on the basis of copyright infringement and unfair competition after both companies’ design patents were invalidated by Chinese authorities.
