Founder of Dreyfus & associés, Nathalie Dreyfus is a French and European trademark attorney.
A graduate of the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies, Ms Dreyfus works in the fields of trademarks, designs, copyright, patents, software, contracts, domain name litigation, e-commerce, unfair competition, new technologies and licensing, as well as in the protection, valorisation and defence of existing rights.
She has gathered around her a team of skilled, experienced and passionate experts and collaborates with specialists in the field of patents to deal with all issues related to the protection and enhancement of IP rights.
Ms Dreyfus is a renowned expert consultant to the Paris Court of Appeal, as well as to the World Intellectual Property Organisation’s Arbitration and Mediation Centre and the National Arbitration Forum. She advises and assists on IP rights in both the material and cyber worlds, including alternative dispute resolution procedures, anti-counterfeiting and transfer of technology.
As a professor at both the Robert Schuman Faculty of Strasbourg and the French National School for the Judiciary, Ms Dreyfus gives numerous lectures in France and abroad. She has published four books, including Trademarks and Internet: Protection, Valorisation, Defense (Lamy Axis Rights Edition, 2011) and Trademark and Designs: Strategy for Protection, Defense and Enhancement (Delmas Editions, second edition, 2006), and is a regular contributor to the professional legal press.
