Deputy Head of Trademark and Design Department - PATPOL – European and Polish Patent and Trademark Attorneys
Aleksandra Kryśka is a patent and trademark attorney and handles a wide range of issues relating to the protection of trademarks and domain names. She represents clients in administrative and litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the EU Intellectual Property Office. She also appears before the courts in administrative proceedings. Her career at PATPOL began in 2003. She is the deputy head of the trademark and industrial design department.
Ms Kryśka studied at Warsaw University, obtaining an LLM from the Faculty of Law and Administration, and later a postgraduate diploma in IP studies. Ms Kryśka also completed a special module on EU trademarks at the University of Alicante in Spain. She is a member of the International Trademark Association, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and MARQUES.
