Mr Graham has helped clients to perfect and protect their trademark and copyright rights, and guides them through domain name disputes under the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). He is one of the leading innovators in this area and remains so through his involvement in the Intellectual Property Constituency of ICANN and the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Internet Committee.
