Avi Ordo is a partner at S Horowitz & Co, where he specialises in dispute resolution with an emphasis on intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets and breeders' rights), information technology, product liability, professional negligence and contractual disputes. He also comanages the firm’s patent, trademark and design prosecution department. His clients include multinational and domestic manufacturers, pharmaceutical, agrochemical and start-up companies, insurers, academic research institutes, inventors, artists, designers and leading brand owners.
