Evelyne Roux

Evelyne Roux, partner at Regimbeau, is head of the trademarks and designs department. Ms Roux is qualified as both a lawyer and a patent attorney, with expertise in international litigation and the management of global industrial property portfolios.

Ms Roux has comprehensive knowledge of the creative and innovative sectors, which allows her to adopt a broad view as to the issues facing companies operating in these fields. She is thus particularly well placed to advise businesses and public organisations not only in respect of the assertion and defence of their IP rights, but also with respect to strategies which may be adopted in the conquering of new markets.

Highly involved in training young professionals, Ms Roux is a lecturer at Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle and the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris). She is also a member of the examination board for the French trademark attorneys’ qualification (trademarks, designs and models).

Ms Roux is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the Industrial Property Attorneys Disciplinary Committee, the International Trademark Association and the European Communities Trademark Association. She is currently the president of the Association of Practitioners of Trademark and Design Law University committee.
