China Trademark Office slashes fees - but is this all good news for brand owners?
The Ministry of Finance of China has announced that, from April 1 2017, the official trademark application fees will be reduced by 50%. The China Trademark Office (CTMO) released the detailed fees schedule which shows that official fees from filing to opposition have been halved:
