ECJ delivers blow to mobile.de: cancellation proceedings against MOBILE.DE can resume
In mobile.de GmbH v European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) (Case C-418/16 P, February 28 2018), the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ) has confirmed a decision of the General Court, so that the long-running cancellation proceedings between the parties can now continue at the Cancellation Division of the EUIPO.
