Is parody funny? No, not if it’s done in bad faith
In November 2015 Swatch AG filed World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) applications for SWATCH ONE MORE THING and ONE MORE THING covering various goods in Classes 9 and 14, including consumer electronic products and watches. The UK designations were accepted by the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and published for opposition on January 22 2016.
