Pui Keng Lim is the director of the trademarks department at Advanz Fidelis Sdn Bhd.

Ms Lim is highly adept at the protection and enforcement of trademarks – providing advice and strategy guidance on numerous portfolio management and enforcement-related actions throughout Malaysia. With her meticulous nature, she is perfectly attuned to the intricacies of trademark practice and regularly deals with a variety of clients, from large multinationals to sole proprietors and start-up entrepreneurs.

In her day-to-day work, Ms Lim carries out clearance searches, oral hearings, submissions, oppositions and transaction-related work. She also provides strategic advice on enforcement matters.

Together with her team, Ms Lim continues to push the boundaries in developing innovative prosecution and enforcement strategies, while adhering to Advanz Fidelis’ core values and approach – ensuring that their results are enriching and beneficial to their clients.

In her role as head of the department, Ms Lim works together with the management team to develop enhanced new services that centre around Advanz Fidelis’ core belief in the integration of business and intellectual property. This enables Advanz Fidelis to offer a wide and unique range of services that cater to every stage of a product’s development – from inception through to commercialisation.

Ms Lim has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property, having obtained her LLB (hons) from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She was also admitted as an utter barrister to the Bar of England and Wales and is a registered trademark agent of Malaysia.
