On April 21 2016 World Trademark Review hosted its inaugural Trademark Litigation: Practical Strategies conference in New York. The event revealed secrets to maximise the chances of success in litigation and proved an eye-opening experience for attendees

The conference attracted a diverse mix of delegates – including corporate counsel, trademark attorneys, consultants and expert witnesses – while speakers included in-house counsel at some of the world’s biggest companies, such as Facebook and Verizon, as well as members of the judiciary who shared their expertise in an exclusive Q&A session.
