General Court: use in UK alone sufficient to maintain CTM
In TVR Automotive Ltd v OHIM (Case T-398/13), the General Court has confirmed that use in the United Kingdom alone was sufficient to maintain a Community trademark registration under Leno Merken v Hagelkruis Beheer (Case C-149/11) (ONEL).
