ISPs ordered to block access to websites selling counterfeits

In Cartier International AG v British Sky Broadcasting Limited ([2014] EWHC 3354 (Ch)), the High Court of England and Wales has granted orders requiring the five main retail internet service providers (ISPs) to block access to a number of websites selling counterfeit goods. The plaintiffs were Cartier International, Montblanc and Richemont.
