Iconic Vespa scooter is work of art
In Decision 1900/2017 (March 17 2017) the Specialised Division on Company Matters of the Court of Turin granted protection to the iconic Vespa scooter, marketed by Italian company Piaggio, as both a three-dimensional (3D) trademark and a creative work of industrial design.
