Chanel DOUBLE C mark is well known under Andean Community Decision 486 07 Jun 17
On May 4 2017 the Peruvian Trademark Office (PTO) issued Resolution 1076-2017/CSD-INDECOPI, which recognised Chanel’s DOUBLE C trademark as well known in Peru in Classes 3, 18 and 25 under Article 224 of the Andean Decision 486 – the IP regime applicable in the four Andean Community countries (ie, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru).
