Opposition cracks in porcelain case 19 Jul 16
In Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH v EU IP Office (EUIPO) (Case T-789/14, June 14 2016), the Third Chamber of the General Court dismissed the action brought before it and upheld a September 29 2014 decision of the EUIPO Fourth Board of Appeal which rejected the opposition in its entirety.
