In Verweij Fashion BV v Walton International Limited (March 24 2017), the hearing officer, acting for the controller, revoked the registration of the trademark GIORDANO in respect of all the goods for which it was registered with effect from the day after expiry of the five-year period following the date of publication of the registration.
