IP Australia introduces new fee structure for Australian trademarks 14 Sep 16
Registering a trademark in Australia will soon become cheaper following the announcement of a revised fee structure by IP Australia. This is the result of a recent review carried out in accordance with the Australian Government Cost Recovery Guidelines 2014 (AGCR Guidelines).
